STATEMENT OF FAITH:
We believe in the One True God:
-We teach there is but one and true living God. The God of the Bible. God is a Spirit, infinite, eternal and unchangeable, in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness and truth.
-We teach there are three Persons in the Godhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit and these three are one. Same in substance and equal in power and glory.
We believe in Jesus Christ:
-We teach that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He had no beginning, and He will have no end. He is the Creator of the universe. He is before all things and by him all things consist.
-In his incarnation he became a Man. Being conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He is very
God while at the same time being very Man. In becoming man He did not alter his divine nature or give up any divine attributes, rather he made himself of no reputation and took on human flesh, yet without sin. He is One Person with two natures and will continue thus forever as the Resurrected Glorified Son of God.
-He lived a sinless perfect life, fulfilling the law of God and living in perfect obedience to the will of God. Thus, His substitutionary death on the cross was able to accomplish redemption for mankind, being made sin for us.
-He died, was buried, and three days later he rose bodily from the grave. Appeared to the disciples and ascended into heaven and now sits as the only Mediator between God and man.
We believe in the Holy Scriptures:
-We teach that the 66 Books of the Holy Bible make up God’s Word to us. No Books are to be added or removed. We have the complete Word of God.
-We teach the Bible’s main purpose is to inform us what man is to believe concerning God and what duties God requires of man.
-We teach that the Bible is God’s special revelation to mankind. We teach thus that the Bible in all parts is inspired by God. (2 Timothy 3:16). Not just the thoughts or ideas in the Bible but the very words are God’s words and inspired by Him.
-We teach the dual authorship of the Scriptures. Both human and divine authorship. That the Holy Spirit moved upon the holy men of God to record the Scriptures. (2 Peter 1:20-21). Through the human element the authors maintained their own personality, emotions and language. Through the divine element, God the Holy Spirit so superintended the Word so that the very words recorded are not man’s but God’s.
-We also teach because of that truth; the Scriptures in their original documents and autographs are infallible and inerrant (incapable of error or fault). Because God cannot lie, and the Scriptures are God’s Words they are perfect and incapable of error, deceit or failing.
-We also teach that God by special wisdom and power has preserved His Word throughout every generation. Therefore, what we have today is the trustworthy inspired Word of God.
We believe in salvation by grace through faith:
According to the Scriptures salvation is a free gift by the grace of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, not
of works lest any should boast. Based on His death, burial, and resurrection, God is able to give the
forgiveness of sins and eternal life to those who believe in Him. Salvation is an all-encompassing word
that brings in regeneration, redemption, justification, sanctification, and glorification. Salvation once
received, cannot be revoked nor lost, but the believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit and sealed by the
power of God until the day of redemption, whereby the entire being (body and soul) will be saved.
We believe in Righteous and Godly Living for the Saved:
This is not a means of salvation in any means. But it is proper evidence and fruit of that salvation by
grace. That believers should strive by Christ power to live a holy, godly, and sober life is repeated all
through the NT. Believers should obey the Word of the Lord, seek the Lord our God, and practice NT
disciplines in order to do so.
We believe in the Return of Jesus Christ:
According to the Bible the next prophetic event on God’s calendar is the rapture of the church. Where
Jesus Christ will return to the clouds at the trumpet sound, the dead in Christ shall rise first then we,
believers, who are alive will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. Believers will then be taken to the
Bema seat of Christ and judged according to our works.
On earth there will be 7 years of tribulation where the world will be judged or as the Bible calls it
“Jacob’s Trouble”. Immediately following the tribulation of those days Jesus Christ will return bodily,
visibly to the Mt of Olives and He will judge the world in righteousness.
Believers will enter the kingdom of God and unbelievers will depart into everlasting fire.
Then will be 1000 years of perfect peace on earth that we call the Millennial Reign of Christ.
Christ rules from Jerusalem as King and Lord, fulfilling all the covenant promises to Israel. After the 1000
years Satan will lead a final rebellion and be cast into the lake of fire. Then the unbelievers in hades from
all ages will be brought to the Great White Throne Judgment where they will be punished to the Lake of
fire for eternity. The final act will be God making all things new. Believers of all ages will enter the
eternal state in the new heavens and new earth and dwell with God forever and ever in perfection.

We believe in the local New Testament Church:
We believe that all believers should assemble and identify themselves in local churches; that a New
Testament church is a local assembly of called out born-again believers united in organization to practice
New Testament ordinances, to meet together for worship, prayer, fellowship, and instruction in the
Word and to actively engage in carrying out the Great Commission. The two offices in the church are
Pastor and Deacon, we believe according to the NT though women play a vital role in the church, the
officer of Pastor is reserved for men alone.
The New Testament also speaks of the church as the body of Christ. By which all members around the
globe, have been given a gift from the Holy Spirit and are to use that gift to glorify Christ and edify His
body. The two ordinances of the church are baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper.
We believe in the priesthood of all believers:
that Christ is our Great High Priest and through Him every born-again person has direct access into
God’s presence without the need of a human priest; that the believer has the right and responsibility to
personally study and interpret the Scriptures guided by the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the institution of the Home as Defined by Scripture:
In the beginning God made them male and female. God instituted marriage to be a union of one man
and one woman for one lifetime. Each family member, husband, wife, and child has a responsibility to
the Lord and to each other.
